About the Practice
Bringing Clinical Expertise to Your Home
A qualified physiotherapist with broad clinical experience, now delivering expert home-based care across mid-Cornwall.
My Background
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2019 from Brunel University London, and since then have built a broad clinical career across a range of NHS and specialist settings. My experience spans musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, stroke rehabilitation, and elderly care — giving me the depth to treat a wide variety of conditions and presentations.
I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds — from an older patient managing reduced mobility alongside multiple long-term conditions, to a younger person working through the stages of recovery following an ACL reconstruction and returning to sport. Whatever your starting point, I'll meet you where you are and build a programme around your goals.
I founded JD Home Physiotherapy because I believe that high-quality, expert physiotherapy should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can travel to a clinic. Treating patients in their own homes allows me to understand their environment, tailor my approach accordingly, and deliver care that genuinely fits their life.
